Forms and Requirements

All rowers are required to submit the following forms before their first practice. Failure to submit forms in time will impact a rower’s ability to participate.

Swim test: required for all programs except Row for a Day. New swim test required every five years. Returning members can ignore the swim-test deadline in their confirmation emails or on their accounts; SRA will notify rowers when their renewal comes due.
USRowing: required for all participants as noted below
Online membership (use club code FTA9E) required for all programs except Row for a Day
Hard-copy waiver required for Row for a Day
USRowing safety video: required viewing for all participants
Safe Sport Training: required for all participants
Safety quiz: required for Small-Boat Members
