Support Sammamish
Sammamish Rowing Association thrives because of the generosity of our members and friends. We recently completed a successful multiyear, $4 million campaign to build our new boathouse. At our annual gala, members donate tens of thousands of dollars for equipment ranging from boats and oars to cox boxes and ergs. With the help of our donors, we set aside thousands of dollars for scholarships every season to ensure that no one is turned away from rowing because of ability to pay.
A true community organization, SRA has been the beneficiary of extraordinary generosity from public partners such as King County Parks and the taxpayers of the State of Washington. Corporate matching funds are another significant source of donations, and SRA gratefully acknowledges companies such as Microsoft and others who so generously match the donations of our members.

Matching Funds & Volunteering
If your employer provides matching funds, please submit your donation to your employer for matching. Employer matching may double or even triple your gift. Since its founding in 1996, SRA has received hundreds of thousands of dollars in corporate matching funds.
Sammamish would not run smoothly without the help of our dedicated volunteers. Some employers also match volunteer hours and make a financial contribution in support of hours volunteered. If your employer has such a program, be sure to submit your hours.
If you have any further questions about donations or volunteering, please contact our Executive Director.
