SRA member Celine Suzzarini offers an online functional training class for all SRA masters. Functional training involves exercises that help people perform activities of everyday life. Exercises mimic real-life movements, use multiple muscle groups, and include moves such as squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, and more. Participants enjoy improvements in strength, balance and stability, coordination, power, range of motion, body awareness, mobility, and injury prevention.
