On Saturday, November 8th from 10:00am - 2:00pm, join SRA at Redmond Town Center for this year's Ergathon. We are excited to bring our annual event into a public space and encourage people to learn more about SRA and rowing, while we raise funds to benefit our scholarship fund. While our focus lies primarily on our scholarship fund, our fundraising efforts will also allow us to invest in improved equipment and our new dock. With a $40,000 goal, we need all hands on deck to make this event a success. How Can You Participate?
FUNDRAISE
We need everyone to help us reach our $40,000 fundraising goal as we raise funds for our equipment, dock, and our scholarship fund. Sammamish Rowing Association is on a mission to make rowing a more accessible and diverse sport. It's no secret that our equipment, travel, and various fees and expenses are costly. Financial barriers have unfortunately excluded those who could truly benefit from this life changing sport. With the help of our donors, we set aside thousands of dollars for scholarships every season to ensure that no one is turned away from rowing regardless of income.
Every gift counts and with a little bit of help from our SRA family, we are confident we can celebrate another successful year of Ergathon and a fully funded scholarship fund.

Mercurys Coffee Co has generously donated a gift basket for our grand prize winner: the individual who solicits the most pledges or donations, regardless of dollar amount, will be our Grand Prize Winner! Thank you Mercurys Coffee Co! Meters: Meters erged only count on the day of Ergathon! Any meters erged outside of the event will not count towards any totals. New this year, we will be using ErgZone to track meters. Click here for the Ergathon page. What do I bring? Yourself, water bottle, phone/device that can connect ergzone to your erg. May I bring friends and family who don't row? Yes! This is a community and public event, we’d love to meet your friends and family! |
