2023, 2024 AND 2025 NORTHWEST YOUTH REGIONAL TEAM CHAMPIONS
Sammamish Rowing Association (SRA) provides multiple opportunities for youth to get involved in the sport. Generally, youths going into grades 8-12 can find various sessions and opportunities to get involved.
SRA provides a safe and supportive environment for student athletes to develop rowing skills and fitness, as well as sportsmanship, commitment, teamwork, and discipline that comes with joining a team sport. SRA’s coaches provide support and guidance to help athletes pursue excellence on and off the water, set and achieve realistic goals, and develop balance between family, school, and rowing.
Junior rowers leave SRA with the confidence to take on the next chapters of their lives whether on or off the water, having built skills, friendships, and memories that will last a lifetime. Learn about scholarship opportunities here.

“SRA is more than a team. It’s home. It pushed me to be my best version of myself on and off the water, surrounded by coaches who truly cared and teammates who felt like family. Every time we said “We are Sammamish,” you could feel the culture of unity, pride, and accountability. The lessons SRA gave me shaped who I am and will stay with me for life.”
